surprisingly good stay!
filtered water friendly staff
i enjoyed the quietness and the filtered water. i also appreciated the breakfast, it was surprisingly good!! i had grapefruit, brown bread, cheese, tomatoe, topped off with spelt cereal, flaxseed and sunflower seeds cereal with milk. the staff was friendly, too.
the hairdryer was old and awful!!! it took me 30 minutes to dry my hair with no progress. there were no hand towels in the shower, just the bath shower.

the staff members were very attentive to requests and questions. they helped arrange transport and provided recommendations for local attractions. the check-in and check-out processes were very efficient, saving time.

unhelpful staff missing refrigerator
The location was acceptable. It was near public transport.
The room lacked a refrigerator, something i expect in even the most basic accommodations. also, the staff seemed unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about my needs, it was frustrating!

tender moments near the old town
spacious shower clean room excellent coffee convenient location
The room had a spacious shower and was very clean, which i so appreciate. the breakfast had many choices.. my favorite was the excellent coffee they offered. i was happy to find water dispensers on every floor. This made it easy to refill my water bottle throughout the day. the hotel's location allowed for easy access to local buses and trams.
i noticed that the english level of some staff members was a bit limited, which occasionally made communication a small challenge.

The room featured an open-style wardrobe for storage and provided ample space. there was no bottled water in the room. a shared filtered water dispenser was located in the hallway for convenient access, we stayed hydrated throughout our stay.

Water dispensers were available on every floor. These allowed for easy refills. a bar downstairs added a nice social element. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of choices, suitable for various tastes, and provided a pleasant start to each day.

the staff were very friendly and cute, always ready to assist with any queries. they ensured the luggage storage area was secure, providing peace of mind. a late-night café offered sandwich options, catering to those arriving late.

poor insulation cold air
The breakfast was reasonable. I guess it was acceptable.
the room had poor thermal insulation. the heating system didn't work properly, so it was uncomfortably cold. cold air leaked through the window edges too.

The room was very clean and had tea and coffee facilities. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom fairly big. The hotel provided filtered water on every floor. This was perfect! The cafe and restaurant offered tasty food at reasonable prices. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The shower temperature varied every ten seconds, alternating between warm and cold.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. Each room has a modern design, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, alongside blackout curtains that ensure a good night's sleep.
